| Easy cooking by microwave oven expands "seafood" demands! |

Now a days, fish processed technologies for microwave cooking are developing. Products are tasty, without losing nutritional value of fish. These products are starting to occupy some spaces in supermarket day by day, the trend would go to CVS, retailer, and also takeout products. Since there are no doubts to effect on increasing consume "fish and seafood", we are considering setting up special corner as seafood cooked for microwave in the show. Why don't you suggest "seafood" products to the new market of microwave oven cooking in the show? |

From Shimane prefecture, "Nakamura-suisan" joins with "grilled conger / sea eel" as new product. It is grilled by heated steam with shortens time, it would be soft and never hardens even if becoming cold. "Whole grilled Toro Mackerel" is very nourishing, so it would appeal to consumers who are health consciousness! As it is cooked completely, you can eat now as soon as it is defrosted! |

From Tokyo, "Kinbara Noriten" joins with quality laver products. They would show Korean laver with high confidence. They succeeded in providing stable quality Korean laver, by the process thoroughly cared like sanitation. Rice vinegar and sesame oil are used for their laver. The taste is simple but also deep, it would be good to eat with rice and Japanese style meals. They also plan to suggest a new product which is combination of Korean laver and Mentaiko (cod roe marinated in salt and red pepper), and it would be great laver products! |
